Sometimes the only thing standing between you and the future waiting for you is one step. For years, Jill Nash kept her visions and ideas neatly written down—yet they went nowhere. Then, one day on a stationary bike at the gym, she realized that without action, they would stay stuck forever. That single step launched a business, over a decade of high-impact leadership events, and the creation of the nonprofit Looking4Answers, which now brings hope and resources to people in crisis.

As President of Elevate Leadership & Marketing and Executive Director of Looking4Answers, Jill will share leadership lessons on vision, perseverance, and taking steps that move ideas into reality—so you can discover how those same principles might unlock what’s placed in your heart.

Jill Nash is both a visionary and an achiever. With over 15 years of experience running her own leadership and marketing agency, she has organized events that have made meaningful impacts on communities. A pivotal moment in her journey came when a top supporter, whom she didn’t know personally, tragically committed suicide two weeks after an event. This, along with the constant stream of distressing news—school shootings, the pandemic, political turmoil—fueled Jill’s determination to make a difference. She now leverages her expertise to create meaningful impacts through her non-profit, focusing on mental and relational health. By connecting individuals with faith-based and practical resources, Jill believes that all people need is “hope for today.” Offering this hope, she helps guide others from their pain to discovering their true purpose.
